An Experienced Board
Guy holds a number of Non-Executive Directorships including Chairman of Caledonian International Limited and its subsidiaries, Director of Computelec, the OutsourceIT group of companies and SG Limited. Currently, Guy is also the Executive Chairman of Texco International Limited, a company that imports and distributes products in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
Guy has significant experience as a director, executive and investor across several sectors including telecommunications and ICT.
Guy has a Bachelor of Commerce (Valuation and Property Management), a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
Michael founded ICONZ, leading its growth in New Zealand and initial expansion into Asia, including making numerous acquisitions. As a Director, Michael continues to contribute to the strategic direction of the business.
Michael's investment and governance interests are diverse. He holds directorships in several companies in Australia and New Zealand focused on import and distribution and agricultural operations.
Michael completed a Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Commerce (Economics / Political Science / Management Systems) at Auckland University.
Phey Teck Moh
Teck Moh was the Corporate Vice President of Motorola Solutions for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.
Prior to Motorola, Teck Moh was the Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Internet, a NASDAQ-listed internet service provider in Asia Pacific. Before Pacific Internet, Teck Moh held senior management positions in Motorola and Compaq Computer Asia. He started his career at IBM Singapore.
Stephen in active in private equity investments and holds directorships in several companies in Singapore and Asia. Before joining ICONZ-Webvisions, he also served as Executive Director of Raffles Education Corporation Ltd, the largest listed for-profit education provider in Asia Pacific.
Stephen brings over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, technology and services sectors in corporate set-up, restructuring and management. His professional career included appointments at Singapore Technologies, JIT Electronics, Flextronics and Hyflux - in different parts of the world including China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Australia and Hungary.
Stephen holds a BE (Civil) from the Royal Military College (UNSW), Australia, as well as a MSc (Finance) from City University of New York. He also studied at the Royal Military College of Science (Shrivenham), and holds a post-graduate diploma in financial management from the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM).
